Upon graduation from French Culinary Institute of Barbados, our chef came to the United States and held an executive chef position with Burlington Executive Dining Room in New York City for over 15 years. He has over 40 years of culinary experience and takes pride in every dish he executes. Having him as an integral part of NYC Diner & Bar makes us definitely "Not your typical diner". You can see his creativeness and acknowledge his skill and originality in every dish he presents.
